Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Loopabase Company Console and related Loopabase services, provided by Auxilium, LLC.

Accounts and organization use

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and use the service only with authority from your organization. Organization administrators manage membership and permissions. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information your organization submits.

Connected services

Some features connect to third-party services, including Google Calendar. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You choose whether to connect an account and may revoke access through the third-party account settings. Calendar availability and appointment synchronization depend on permissions, connectivity, and selected calendars.

Acceptable use and service availability

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security or operation, or use it unlawfully.
