Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Auxilium, LLC (“Loopabase”) handles information when people use Loopabase Company Console. An organization that invites you may also have its own privacy practices and obligations.
Google user data
When you connect Google Calendar, Loopabase requests Google account identity (OpenID and email), permission to list calendars, read free/busy information for scheduling, and manage calendar events created for assigned appointments. Calendar listing can include calendar identifiers and display names. Free/busy access provides busy intervals; event access is used to create, read, update, or delete appointment events managed by Loopabase. Appointment details sent to Google Calendar are the details needed for that appointment, which can include its title, time, and location when provided.
Loopabase uses this data to identify the connected account, let an organization select calendars, check availability, and synchronize assigned appointments. OAuth credentials are encrypted before storage and are used by server-side services. Calendar identifiers, normalized busy intervals, and event synchronization identifiers/state may be stored to provide scheduling and reconcile changes.
Credentials are retained while the Google connection is active and needed to provide the requested features. Other Google-derived scheduling records are retained while needed to provide and support those features. You can revoke access in your Google Account at Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access but may not delete information already held by Loopabase. To request deletion of a connection and associated Google-derived information, contact support@getauxilium.com.
Loopabase does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Google data is used and transferred only as needed to provide or secure the requested features and as permitted by applicable policy and law.
Loopabase's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Other information
Organizations may enter account, organization, team, customer, and appointment information into Company Console. Loopabase processes that information to provide and operate the service.
